High School Pathway Options

SKI Academy’s high school program offers a variety of high school diploma options.  We have partnerships with U.S. (Keystone) and Canadian (VHS) schools thus allowing our students to select diplomas from either country.  The U.S. pathway allows three levels of rigor with the selection of academic, honors or AP courses.  While the Canadian pathway affords one level, comparable to an honors program.  Core subjects in grades 9 & 10 are taught by members of the SKI team using the content from our partner schools.  The grades 11 and 12 compulsory courses are delivered virtually by parter school teachers with onsite SKI teachers available to offer mini lessons and provide support.

Elective courses are either delivered face to face by SKI Academy teachers or through VHS teachers, depending on the electives chosen by the student.

U.S. Pathway

Within the U.S. Pathway there are three options:

Students can opt at grade 9 to enter the academic or honors pathway.

-Academic Pathway 21-24 credits

-Honors Pathway 24 credits

Upon completion of grade 10, students can opt to enroll in Advanced Placement (AP) courses if they have met the required academic standards.

-AP Pathway 24 credits
